Pizza-Topped Meatloaf

1 lb    Ground Beef                       1/4 ts  Salt
1/4 c  Milk                                    1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 c  Crackers                            1/4 ts  Basil
1 ea    Eggs                                    4 oz   Pizza Sauce (T)
1/4 c  Onion, chopped                  1 c     Mozzarella Cheese (T)
1/2 ts Garlic (fresh,chopped)      1/2 c   Parmesan Cheese (T)

Preparation:

  1. Combine meat, milk, crackers, egg and spices. Mix well until blended.
    Do not mix in the ingredients with a (T) after them. They are for the topping.
  2. Pat into an 8 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Remove from oven and drain off excess fat.
  3. Spread sauce over top of meat,(use your favorite pizza sauce recipe) sprinkle with cheeses. Put back in the oven for 10 min. until cheese is bubbly. Serve hot.
